../Ant sits on the side of creation, and spends much of his time making things like PowerPoint templates that communicate, websites that interest, and pipe-bombs that blow up. He has the maniacal look of someone who (mis)spent much of his youth surrounded by technology, or pushed up against a PC monitor playing the latest violent games. And that's pretty much where his heart lies. A recent father, he has calmed down to the level where he only plays practical jokes sometimes. And they don't hurt as much.
He also shares the burden/joy (it depends) of running Missing Link. He keeps creatives on track, so the stuff we create doesn't just look pretty, but actually does what it is supposed to do. That's pretty rare with creatives these days... Ooo, before I forget, he also tells the worst jokes ever. You have been warned.
